India condemns rally by banned terror outfits in PoK

New Delhi, Feb 5 (PTI) In the wake of reports of terrorist groups holding a rally in Pak-occupied-Kashmir, India today slammed Pakistan for allowing a congregation of banned terror outfits saying it amounted to giving a "license" to them to operate.Representatives of banned terrorists outfits Jaish-e- Muhammad, Harkat-ul-Mujahideen and Jamat-ud-Dawa had reportedly addressed public rallies in Pak-occupied-Kashmir yesterday.
"No effort was made by Pakistan authorities to curb the activities of these groups," External Affairs Ministry spokesman Vishnu Prakash told reporters here.
"We strongly condemn the license that banned terrorist organisations continue to enjoy in territory under Pakistan's occupation," he said. PTI
