London, Feb 16 (PTI) Pop star Rihanna has told her family she has split with boyfriend Chris Brown and vowed, "I'll never speak to him again." The split comes after 20-year-old Rihanna was allegedly assaulted by 19-year-old Brown after an argument while they were returning from a pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles last week, The Mirror reported.
The website quotes Rihanna' s dad Ronald, 55, as saying, "The relationship is over and I am pleased. She doesn't want to speak to Chris. She is being very brave about things and said that she will be back on stage performing soon." Rihanna has not been seen in public since the incident and is spending time with her family at a undisclosed location. PTI
