''Pharmaceutical industry growing at 11 per cent a year''

The Assistant Drugs Controller (India), Mumbai, A. Ramkishan, while speaking at the Annual Day celebrations of the Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS) said that the pharmaceutical industry in the country should give priority to research and development. He said that the pharmaceutical industry that employed nearly three million people was growing at 11 per cent annually.
