Bikers' gang srikes again, now in east Delhi

In the seventh incident of its kind here in recent days, four motorcyle-borne youngsters late Wednesday robbed two shops in east Delhi and fled after firing shots in the air, police said.

The unidentified assailants on two motorcycles first targeted a dry cleaner's shop in the Preet Vihar area, taking four people hostage at gun point and robbing Rs.14,000, a police officer said.

They next targeted a nearby grocery shop in a similar manner, looted Rs.14,000, and fled after firing several rounds in the air, the officer added.
