Talwar wants to sell house
Rajesh Talwar, who was accused of brutally killing his daughter Arushi, is planning to sell off his Sector 25 residence in Jalvayu Vihar in Noida, as he does not want to live in the house where his daughter was killed.

"Rajesh does not want to live in the house where his daughter was killed and had to go through the worst phase of his life," a doctor close to the noted dentist who met him a day after Dr Talwar was released from jail, told MiD DAY.
According to sources, Dr Talwar is averse to going to his own house and residing at the house of his in-laws, which is located in the same locality.
Arushi and Dr Talwar's domestic help Hemraj were murdered in the house no. L-32 in sector 25 is Noida. Sources close to the family said that Talwar couple was now planning to move out of Noida and shift to Delhi.
Sources said that though the house was a case property at the moment and could not be sold till the time the CBI concluded its investigations in the case, but the Talwars want to sell it at whatever price it fetches. The doctor couple are not expecting to get a price as per the market prices as they are not expecting many taker for the house.
Maninder Singh Pandher, accused in the Nithari serial killings, had also attempted to sell out his D-5 house in Sector 36 but is still waiting.
The police arrested Dr Talwar on May 23, saying he killed his daughter in a fit of rage because he objected to her closeness with domestic help Hemraj. Talwar was released on July 11 after 50 days of imprisonment, with the CBI saying there was no evidence to link him to the crime.
